The “crack” you hear is not significant to the adjustment, just gas equalizing inside the joint. It has nothing to do with the effect of an adjustment. We check wether the adjustment had a neurological significance and positive impact on any area that is causing nerve interference. Self-adjustments or “cracks” are NOT specific, and only a temporary relief, and worse they can weaken or immobilize joints.

Since we experience physical, chemical and emotional trauma in-utero, during birth, throughout childhood and into adulthood, everyone is suitable for chiropractic care. We recommend everyone have their spine checked just like seeing a dentist or optomestrist!

We are always thankful for referrals from our colleagues and fellow health care providers, as well as lawyers, friends, family and neighbours. However it is not a necessity; chiropractic is a portal of entry health care profession, and you can book in with no referral necessary.
